To get to Lofoten, you can travel with SAS, Norwegian, and Widerøe. If you're traveling with Norwegian or SAS, you will need to change planes in Bodø or Tromsø. It is Widerøe that flies across the fjord from Bodø to Lofoten. The flight time across the fjord is approximately 20 minutes. Widerøe also operates a direct route between Oslo and Leknes, allowing you to bypass a layover in Bodø. From Tromsø, there is also a direct route to Leknes operated by Widerøe.
